    Retina/Vitreous

    (A) Patient presented with visual acuity of 20/400 and tractional elevation extending from disc and inferotemporal arcade into macula. Even preoperatively, marked vascular sclerosis extending into macula is evident. (B) Postoperative appearance shows visual acuity of 20/200 with total removal of preretinal components and supplementary PRP. However, narrowing of arterioles and capillary nonperfusion are now more evident and are probably cause of limited vision.
