Sebaceous cell carcinoma can demonstrate a wide variety of appearances, and high clinical suspicion is required. Although there are too many possible appearances to demonstrate adequately in a single image, thickening of the tarsal plate and other features of malignancy such as lash loss and ulceration are demonstrated here.
