Glaucoma
A 26-year-old Caucasian male, treated with topical and systemic corticosteroids for bilateral chorioretinitis. Three months after initiating corticotherapy, the patient developed secondary glaucoma. He was initially treated with topical anti-hypertensive medication but underwent glaucoma surgery due to progressive nerve damage.
