Anterior segment photo of patient who suffered blunt injury with globe rupture, traumatic aniridia, and aphakia. Total retinal detachment and vitreous hemorrhage repaired via vitrectomy with silicone oil. Prolene retention sutures placed to maintain posterior location of silicone oil and prevent corneal decompensation.
