Terrien marginal degeneration. Hemorrhage in bed gradually healed without further thinning. In this patient, lipid deposit is at central corneal edge indicating slow progression. Lipid is deposited from leading edge of capillaries in thinned bed. Patient was comfortable and central vision was good, as peripheral thinning did not cause significant astigmatism.
