Thiel-Behnke corneal dystrophy. Masson trichrome stain demonstrates diffuse replacement of Bowman layer by a thick fibrous pannus (bracket). The overlying epithelium exhibits a “saw-toothed” configuration. The underlying stroma appears to be uninvolved.
