    Pediatric Ophth/Strabismus

Thyroid eye disease. The patient has proptosis, conjunctival injection, and scleral show of the right eye greater than the left eye. The right eye has limitation to abduction and elevation, and the left eye has limitation of abduction. This pattern of strabismus is characteristic of thyroid eye disease because the inferior rectus and medial rectus muscles are most commonly affected.
