    An unusual patient with a purely temporal hemiretinal vein occlusion involved a 74-year-old man who presented with blurred vision of his left eye The patient's medical history is significant for systemic hypertension and glaucoma. On examination, his best-corrected visual acuity measured 20/20 the right eye and 20/200 the left eye.
