    Case 34: a 77-year-old woman with preceding brain diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in November 2008. Vitreous opacity in the right eye (A) and opacity with yellowish retinal lesions in the left eye (B) in November 2009. Merged fundus photographs in the left eye (C) in December 2009 after vitrectomy.
