    In this interview from NANOS 2021, Dr. Dan Milea discusses the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in neuro-ophthalmology. AI algorithms have shown high accuracy in detecting papilledema, he notes, and holds promise for detecting a host of other diseases. In the future, Dr. Milea predicts AI will be used as a tool to assist neuro-ophthalmologists in diagnosing and managing patients.
