    In this interview from AAO 2022, Dr. Elizabeth Yeu shares tips for complex IOL exchange, especially when facing fibrosis or a small capsulotomy. Dr. Yeu describes methods for first removing the optic from the capsule, and then, depending on the type of lens, how to cut the lens and deliver it to the anterior chamber.
