Retina/Vitreous
In this interview from the ASRS 2014 Annual Meeting, Dr. Andrew Symons discusses his research using high-speed video imaging to view blood as it flows through macular vasculature. Though still a basic research tool, high-speed adaptive optics may one day be used to detect early vascular changes in diseases such as diabetic retinopathy.
