    Description: Got an image that is perplexing or intriguing? Send us your mystery ophthalmic image and its case description. See this example mystery image.

    Instructions: Before writing, consult the Blink Submission Guidelines. After you’ve written it, email the image and text to the Blink editor at eyenet@aao.org. Publication of a Blink submission is at the sole discretion of EyeNet. EyeNet reserves the right to edit Blink submissions.

    Expectations: Your 150- to 200-word case report will be clear, concise and complete.

    Time commitment: Allot an hour or two to work with editing staff on queries, rewrites, etc.

    Deadlines: Manuscript submission is at your discretion. After the manuscript is accepted, a staff editor will inform you of production deadlines.
