Write an Article for YO Info

Description: YO Info is the Academy's monthly online newsletter distributed to young ophthalmologists (Academy members in training and those in the first five years of practice). All articles are published on AAO.org, and the newsletter is distributed electronically to about 7,000 young ophthalmologists in the United States and around the world. 

Expectations: Express your interest in writing an article along with your suggested topic to yo@aao.org.

Time commitment: If your article topic is selected, expect a time commitment of three to six hours, including edits and reviews.

Instructions: YO Info provides practice management and clinical pearls for young ophthalmologists (YOs), along with information about advocacy and other relevant issues specific to YOs.

Deadlines: Articles deadlines are two weeks prior to the monthly publication of each edition of YO Info.
