    Originaly presented during Pediatric Ophthalmology Subspecialty Day 2015, Mark Silverberg discusses this case of a 64-year-old woman with Graves disease who complains of vertical diplopia. She has tried alternative medicine and is reluctant to have surgery. She presents with stable left hypotropia 30pd in primary position, with an increase in upgaze and decrease in downgaze.
