"You can't improve what you can't measure," says Sarah Rapuano, a former COO with 20 years of experience as a data-driven practice administrator. She'll quickly breakdown the most relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), then demonstrate tools that busy practices can use to streamline reporting and make highly informed strategic decisions.
