I have a specific coding topic that I would like addressed during Codequest. How do I send in my question before the program?
Email questions to email@example.com with the subject line "Feb. 5, 2021 Codequest."
I want to register for Codequest but I don't see my state society on co-sponsored by list and I don't see my state listed as hosting their own Codequest. Which course should I register for?
Because Feb. 5 Codequest event is co-sponsored by multiple states across the country, the Academy’s coding team will be covering topics for and answering questions from the attendees represented from the various states, regions, and MACs.
I will register several people from our team. Can I just use the same email address for everyone?
No, you must enter a unique email address for each attendee. All attendees will receive a Zoom link that is uniquely tied to each email address.
How do I make changes to my registration?
If you registered yourself or multiple people, log in here and click "Begin Registration / Edit Attendees." Click on "Add Attendee Name" and click on the person whose information you wish to update.
If someone else registered for you, ask that individual to follow the above steps.
How do I remove an attendee?
If you need to cancel an attendee, contact the Academy's Customer Service at 866.561.8558 or +1 415.561.8540 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Note the cancellation policy.
When do I receive the live Zoom webinar notification?
Zoom webinar confirmations will be sent every Friday, beginning Jan. 8, 2021.
Can I view the live webinar on multiple devices?
No, you cannot access the live webinar on multiple devices at the same time.
I registered multiple people, I just received an email with multiple license keys for the recording? What do I do now?
Send each registrant a unique license key with the redemption instructions that came with the email.
My registration to the live event comes with an on-demand recording. How do I access my recording?
Log on to aao.org/myonlineproducts with the unique email address you used to attend the live event. If you do not have a password, click "Forgot password" to create one. Then, log on again.
Does this course offer AAPC and IJCAHPO credits?
AAPC members get instructions to download a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
IJCAHPO CE Credits
For Live events only: 4 hours of Category A IJCAHPO credit.
