Billing for Bleb Needling and an Injection During Same Encounter
Question: How do I code a bleb needling with 5 Fluorouracil injection performed during the global period for the same eye?
Answer: There is no bundling edit, so you can bill both procedures and the drug. Note the appropriate modifiers for each of the procedures.

CPT code 68200 -58 -LT
The injection allowable will be reduced by 50 percent.
