    Question: Under Medicare's multiple procedure payment reduction, what will the payment be for these services? The physician performed an exam and gonioscopy. Following the exam, pachymetry, RNFL and visual field were ordered. 

    Answer: Exam is payable at 100% of the allowable as is gonioscopy as it doesn’t have a technical component, so no MPPR is not applicable. Visual field will also receive payment for 100% of the allowable. 92133 RNFL and 76514 Pachymetry will be paid 20% less for the technical component.
