Answer: Yes. A virtual face-to-face encounter using one of the nonpublic facing remote communication products is required. Platforms such as Apple FaceTime, Facebook Messenger video chat, Google Hangouts video, Whatsapp video chat or Skype meet the face-to-face requirements.
