Exhibit Sales
There are four sales groups based upon your company's priority points.
The four sales groups are as follows:

Group 1: Feb. 21, Priority Point Range 1000-18 points

Group 2: March 6, Priority Point Range 17-10 points

Group 3: March 20, Priority Point Range 9-0 points

Group 4: April 3, all newly approved exhibiting companies

BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED AGENCIES PRETENDING TO PROVIDE SERVICES USING THE ACADEMY OR AAO 2024 BRAND
Fraudulent companies, impersonating the Academy or falsely suggesting a relationship with the Academy, may contact you directly via email or you might find them on the Internet. Solicitations range from selling registrant lists to registering for the meeting to securing hotel rooms. Always double check that the company is in fact an official contractor by looking on the Academy’s website or emailing exhibitions@aao.org. Note: Correspondence coming from the Academy will have an aao.org email address. If you believe you may have been the attempted or actual victim of fraud, report your experience to meetingfraud@aao.org.
