Yes. The white part of the eye is called the sclera and is covered by clear membranes called the conjunctiva. Patients can get swelling of these clear membranes from different conditions, with allergies being the main culprit. While the conjunctiva can expand very easily, over time it can get stretched out and form some redundant folds on the surface of the eye, which can look like wrinkles.
