  • Once you've applied to use the Academy's IRIS® Registry, you will receive a welcome email confirming your enrollment.

    Completing Your Enrollment

    Complete and return the Business Associate and Registry Participation Agreement for the 2024 MIPS reporting year.

    Reporting Type

    EHR Integration

    • Enrollment deadline - July 31, 2024
      • If applying after July 31, 2024, you will be added to the queue for the following year’s reporting.
    • Verifying your EHR system
      • Must be 2015 Cures Update
        • Not sure if your EHR is CEHRT? Check here
      • View list of Eligible EHRs for integration
    • Verana Health will contact you to begin integration.
      • The integration process could take up to two months from enrollment
      • Respond to emails or meeting requests to ensure a seamless process
        • A Verana Health representative will verify and assist in installing our software to extract your data.
    OR
        • You may work with your vendor.
    • Data will be populated on your dashboard.
      • This process could take an estimated four to six weeks after installation and connectivity are confirmed.
      • Your Verana Health Practice Experience Manager (main point of contact) will reach out to schedule a call to review your data and provide a demonstration of the dashboard.
        • Mapping refinements
          • Verana Health will continue to improve data or incorporate any necessary changes.
          • Deadline for mapping refinements: Oct. 31, 2024

    Non-EHR Reporting (IRIS Registry Web Portal Via Manual Data Entry)

    Manual reporting will continue to be offered through the 2024 reporting year.

    • Enroll any time before Oct. 31, 2024.
    • If you do not have a 2015 Cures Update CEHRT for the entire year, you will be required to utilize manual data entry.
    • Verify whether you’ll be proceeding with manual data entry by emailing irisdatalink@veranahealth.com.
