Verana Health is in the process of rolling out new quality measures dashboards to practices whose electronic health records (EHR) systems are integrated and manually reporting IRIS Registry participants.
When your Verana Health quality measures dashboard is ready, a Verana Health Practice Experience Manager will contact your practice with login information and training. If your practice has received a new quality measures dashboard from Verana Health, log in.
