The 2025 Medicare Physician-Fee Schedule proposes significant changes to the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System cost performance category which may affect your score in the current and future performance year.

The Academy is working with ASOPRS and NANOS to ensure patient access to medically necessary treatments.
