This video describes the management of patients with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease (VKH). A summary of current treatment recommendations is discussed. Special attention is given to surgical management. Intraoperative video involving removal of subretinal bands is shown to highlight this rare clinical finding and novel surgical treatment.
