In this challenging case of pseudophakic bulbous keratopathy, Dr. Agarwal demonstrates a pre-Descemet endothelial keratoplasty (PDEK) surgery and a glued IOL with the help of a trocar cannula for anterior chamber maintenance. He begins surgery by explanting the existing IOL and perfoms a posterior vitrectomy followed by inserting a glued IOL. One month later, he manages to secure a suitable PDEK donor, and performs cornea surgery on the same patient.
