30 min. showcases are available on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

On Monday, the Expo closes at 3:30 p.m. so the final showcase will be at 2:30 p.m.
Industry Showcase presentations run concurrently with AAO 2024 sessions.
Industry showcases taking place in Chicago will not be live broadcast in the virtual meeting, nor will they be recorded for future viewing.

Content and speakers are chosen by the company. Presentations are not reviewed by the Academy. Exhibitors’ presentations must conform to the terms and conditions outlined in the AAO 2024 Exhibit Prospectus.
Due to the promotional aspect of these sessions, providing continuing medical education (CME) credit is not permitted.

The Industry Showcase schedule will be promoted both before the meeting and onsite in the following locations:

Only AAO 2024 exhibitors may reserve Academy annual meeting-related marketing opportunities.
Assignment
All promotional opportunities are available on a first-come basis and are assigned at the discretion of the Academy.
