Grab the attention of attendees with these new three-sided, six-foot tall towers. Videos play on two screens, Thursday through Monday.

The third side is covered by PVC panels. Branding graphics on the back panels is optional; they may not be fully visible.

LED Video Tower 4-7 $15,000 per 15 second ad

Towers are part of the Expo hall entrance unit located between Grand Concourse Level 3 and South Hall A.

Up to four total ads available on each tower.

Videos are 15 seconds long.

MP4 is the recommended file type.

Video towers do not have sound.

Ads will rotate on a continuous loop, Thursday – Monday.

Restrictions

Only AAO 2024 exhibitors may reserve Academy annual meeting-related promotional opportunities.

Assignment

All promotional opportunities are available on a first-come basis and are assigned at the discretion of the Academy.

Final Materials Due

Email final files to promotions@aao.org. If the artwork is larger than 10 MB use a file transfer service (Hightail or WeTransfer).
