Dr. Neel Pasricha describes the case of a patient with a history of bilateral 50-cut radial keratotomy (RK) who underwent phacoemulsification with implantation of light-adjustable lenses (LALs) in each eye 1 month apart. The LAL was selected due to limitations in IOL calculations in post-RK eyes and irregularity on corneal topography.
