    Drs. Ahmed Sallam and M. Zia Siddiqui correct a corneal laceration with iris prolapse in a child who presented 10 days after injury. They present several pearls, including tips for dissecting the iris from the edges of the laceration, avoiding over-pressurization of the anterior chamber, and using intraoperative OCT.
