Upper Blepharoplasty Marking

In this video, Dr. Richard Allen discusses methods for marking an upper blepharoplasty, including the pinch technique and using calipers, and demonstrates his preferred method. Whichever technique is chosen, it is key that the eyelid crease and the amount of skin remaining be symmetrical, and there should be enough skin to prevent postoperative lagophthalmos.
