Can you damage an IOL by using a lemon eye wash?
I have never heard of a lemon eye wash but don't recommend putting anything acidic (or any other foreign substance) in the eye. This may irritate the outer portions of the eye such as the cornea and conjunctiva but cannot penetrate to affect the intraocular lens (IOL) implant.
