Group Registration

  • Group registration is required for groups registering 10 or more attendees.
  • Processing fees will be assessed for all changes.
  • Badges will not be mailed in advance.
  • When you are ready to start the process contact groupreg@aao.org.

Important Registration Dates

Aug. 6 Early registration deadline: last day to qualify for discounted fees
Sept. 3 Last day to register by fax or mail; last day to cancel; last day to register and have your badge and materials mailed to you before the meeting
Sept. 24 Last day to preregister online. Badge and materials must be picked up onsite.

As a reminder, children cannot be admitted to Subspecialty Day or AAO 2014 scientific sessions, instruction courses or any other aspect of the Scientific Program due to the scientific nature of the educational programs and the Academy's desire to maintain an environment conducive to learning.
