Academy YOs are members in training, those doing a fellowship and in their first five years in practice.

The American Academy of Ophthalmology has a long-term strategy to engage young ophthalmologists and guide them through the many stages of professional life which can span over a decade. We offer educational programs, career services and professional development services catered to each level of training, from residency through practice and academia.
