Dr. Edelhauser is a professor in the Research (Basic Science) Section and director of ophthalmic research at Emory University in Atlanta.
He previously served on the faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee as an assistant, associate and then full professor. He has also served as president of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.
His research interests include surgical pharmacology, corneal physiology, drug delivery and ocular toxicology.
