Dr. Fung is a cornea and refractive surgery specialist practicing at Society Hill Ophthalmic Associates in Philadelphia. He attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he received an institutional award for his clinical research. Dr. Fung then completed training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the University of Minnesota before returning to Philadelphia to practice.
