Cataract/Anterior Segment
A 90-year-old female presented with decreased vision in the left eye and a history of complex cataract surgery 6 years prior at an outside hospital. She was found to have a dislocated 3-piece IOL with retained nuclear lens fragments and scheduled for surgery.
