    A 25-year-old lady presented with complaints of behavioural issues (anger outbursts, aggressiveness, irritability) for past seven years, dysarthria, slowness, recurrent falls, tremulousness in both arms, and abnormal posturing of left arm for 4 years. Examination showed Keyser-Fleischer ring in both eyes, generalised dystonia, action tremors, bradykinesia. MRI revealed Giant Panda sign. Serum ceruloplasmin was low. Diagnosis of Wilson disease was made. Patient was started on Penicillamine and is on regular follow-up.
