As I am allergic to NSAIDs, are there eye drops with acetaminophen I can use after cataract surgery?
There is no drop that contains acetaminophen.
Please note that topical NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) drops are not an absolute requirement for safe cataract surgery. If you are truly allergic to NSAIDs then talk to your surgeon about not using them topically. They will most likely say that that is fine.
