    The big-bubble technique has been used for decades in deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK). However, the type, depth, and texture of the bubble can vary according to the indication. This video demonstrates big-bubble DALK in 7 different clinical scenarios: macular dystrophy, vascularized corneal scarring, advanced keratoconus, lipid keratopathy, repeat DALK, and Acanthamoeba keratitis.
