IRIS Registry Help at AAO 2019

Come to the IRIS Registry area of the Academy Resource Center (West, Booth 7337) to complete improvement activity attestation and sign the required data release consent form. To expedite this, bring your IRIS Registry dashboard login credentials, your practice's Tax Identifier Number (TIN), and your clinicians' National Provider Identifiers (NPIs). If you do not know your IRIS Registry dashboard login credentials, email aao.support@bot.figmd.com before AAO 2019.

You will not be able to review or complete your manual reporting of quality measures at the Academy Resource Center, but staff can walk you through that process so you can start entering your MIPS quality data as soon as you get back to the office.

If your practice isn't yet signed up with the IRIS Registry, you can sign up at the Academy Resource Center.
