• Matthew Baugh, MHA, COT, OSC, OCS, OCSR

    Mr. Baugh is a revenue integrity and quality improvement manager. His current responsibilities include overseeing quality improvement projects, ensuring compliance, and optimizing reimbursement. His past clinical experience includes working as an optician, ophthalmic technician and scribe, and supervising all ophthalmic technicians at the Moran Eye Center. He is a contributing author for the American Academy of Ophthalmology coding content. Mr. Baugh is a recipient of the Academy’s Secretariat Award. 

    Sue Vicchrilli, COT, OCS, OCSR

    Ms. Vicchrilli is the Academy’s director of coding and reimbursement. Her experience in ophthalmology includes coding, reimbursement, practice management and clinical and surgical assistance. She is the content director for the Academy's entire line of coding products, including Conquering New E/M Documentation Guidelines for Ophthalmology and Ultimate Documentation Compliance Training for Scribes and Technicians. Ms. Vicchrilli is a recipient of the Academy's Achievement Award and IJCAHPO Statesmanship Award.

    Joy Woodke, COE, OCS, OCSR

    Ms. Woodke is the Academy's coding and practice management executive. Her 30+ years of experience in ophthalmology includes all aspects of practice management, accounting, coding and billing. She is the author of The Profitable Retina Practice series, a contributing author of the Academy coding product line and provides private consultation services.  Ms. Woodke is a recipient of the Academy's Secretariat and Achievement Awards.
