Will we need to append modifier -JZ to implanted drugs (Ozurdex, Illuvien, Yutiq)?

Yes. You will be required to append the JZ modifiers on single use implanted drugs. Please visit aao.org/retinapm to access our updated Table of Common Retina Drugs which includes guidance for billing modifier -JZ and -JW.
