Can I do LASIK as a glaucoma suspect?
Being a glaucoma suspect (or having high intraocular pressure without evidence of optic nerve damage) does not disqualify you from having LASIK surgery. However, photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) would be safer in that it has the same visual result without any pressure rise in the eye during the treatment.
