Question:
Can LASIK vision correction for farsightedness (prescriptions of +6 and +6.5) cause your eyes to have narrow angles after the surgery? Or is this completely unrelated?
Answer:
Your anterior chamber angles are independent of any LASIK surgery but are related to how farsighted you are and this becomes more apparent as you age—that is, the angle becomes more narrow as you age and the lens of your eye grows in diameter.
