Can you bill a goniotomy, CPT 65820, and standard cataract surgery, CPT 66984, together?Answer:The cataract surgery codes (both for standard 66984 and complex 66982) and goniotomy are not bundled by National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) edits. You may bill CPT 65820 when you meet the definition for goniotomy as outlined in the Academy fact sheet
