Two ERGs The Same Day
Question: Can we bill for both CPT codes 92273 Electroretinography (ERG), full field and 92274 ERG, multi field the same day?
Answer: While there is no current bundling edit, physicians should clearly indicate why two tests are medically necessary. Documentation may be requested. Payers do not expect to see this often.
