Vermont Regulators Flip-Flop on Optometric Surgery Proposal
In a complete reversal of a 2020 report advising the Vermont Legislature against adopting optometric surgery legislation, the state’s Office of Professional Regulation has issued a revised report to state lawmakers with a recommendation to lower the standards of safe surgical eye care.
