Wyoming Medical Society Abandons Surgical Scope Fight, Drops Opposition to Legislation
The Wyoming Medical Society testified before the State Legislature House Corporations Committee on Wednesday that it would not oppose House Bill 39, dangerous legislation that would authorize optometrists to perform a wide range of surgery on and around the eye.
